Aromatic Sinigang na Alumahan - (Visayan version)
Ingredients:
¼ cup sliced onions
2 cups seeded tomatoes, sliced
1/3 cup sliced labanos
1 bunch tanglad (crushed roots)
1 bunch pandan
250 grams cleaned and sliced alumahan
1 pack 10 grams AJINOMOTO SINIGANG na may Miso
1/2 liter water
1 cup sliced mustasa leaves
Cooking Procedure:
BOIL. In a casserole, boil onions, tomatoes, labanos, tanglad and pandan.
•SIMMER. Add alumahan and AJINOMOTO SINIGANG na may Miso. Cover and simmer in medium heat for 2 minutes. Add mustasa leaves. Simmer for another minute.
•SERVE HOT.
