Korean Sweet Soy Chicken
Ingredients:
4 pieces of chicken breasts fillet, pounded very thin
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup Soy Honey GlazeAJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning
Parsley for plating
Toasted sesame seeds for plating
Steamed rice
Cooking Procedures:

Cover chicken in soy honey mixture and garlic and marinate. Season with AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning.

Put chicken and marinade into pan, cover, and bring to a low simmer.

Cook until chicken is done, turning only once. Serve with plain rice.
