Baked Lapu-Lapu Fillet with Sundried Tomatoes
Ingredients:
For Lapu-Lapu:
1 kilos lapu lapu fillet, skinless and boneless
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
For toppings:
2 cups chopped sundried tomatoes
3 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablepsoon olive oil
1 pack 7 grams AJI-GINISA FLAVOR SEASONING MIX
Fresh cilantro and/or chili flakes for garnish
Procedures:
• Season fish with salt and pepper. Brush with oil.
• Baste the baking pan with butter.
•. Place fish in a baking pan and bake for 10 minutes.
• Baste the baking pan with butter.

For toppings:
• Stir-fry garlic and sundried tomatoes for 3 minutes in olive oil.
• Season with AJI-GINISA FLAVOR SEASONING MIX. Add on top of the fish.
• Garnish with cilantro and/or chili flakes. Serve hot.
