Fried Wonton with Spicy Salsa
Ingredients:
100 grams wonton wrappers, fried
Salsa:
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
2 tablespoons sliced fresh basil leaves
1 tablespoon coriander leaves
1 tablespoon sugar
3/4 cup tomato sauce
1/2 tablespoon chili sauce
1 pack 7 grams AJINOMOTO GINISA All Purpose Seasoning Mix
1/8 teaspoon AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning
Cooking Procedures:
- Arrange fried wonton wrappers in a serving dish.
- Combine onions, tomatoes, basil, coriander, sugar, tomato sauce and chili sauce. Sprinkle AJINOMOTO GINISA All Purpose Seasoning Mix and AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Super Seasoning. Simmer in low heat for 1 minute.
- Serve as dipping sauce for fried wonton wrappers.
Makes 4 servings.
