International Recipes: Grilled Orange-Cumin Chicken Thighs

                                    Grilled Orange-Cumin Chicken Thighs
 
Ingredients:
 
3/4 kilo chicken thighs
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons tomato paste
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin powder
1pack6 grams AJI-SHIO Seasoning Mix with Pepper
1pack 6 grams AJI-SHIO Seasoning Mix with Garlic
 
 Cooking Procedures:
  1. Preheat the broiler or start the charcoal. If broiling, line a broiler pan with a foil.
  2. Mix together the parsley, orange juice concentrate, olive oil, honey, tomato paste and cumin powder. Sprinkle AJI-SHIO Seasoning Mix with Pepper and AJI-SHIO Seasoning Mix with Garlic. Mix well. Add the chicken thighs and toss to coat.
  3. Arrange the chicken on the broiler pan or griller.
  4. Broil or grill the chicken 4 inches away from the heat until brown on all sides and the juices run clear, about 10 minutes per side.
  5. If desired, brush the chicken with any extra marinade as it broils.
  6. Serve hot.
Makes 5 servings.
