Grilled Orange-Cumin Chicken Thighs
Ingredients:
3/4 kilo chicken thighs
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons tomato paste
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin powder
1pack6 grams AJI-SHIO Seasoning Mix with Pepper
1pack 6 grams AJI-SHIO Seasoning Mix with Garlic
Cooking Procedures:
- Preheat the broiler or start the charcoal. If broiling, line a broiler pan with a foil.
- Mix together the parsley, orange juice concentrate, olive oil, honey, tomato paste and cumin powder. Sprinkle AJI-SHIO Seasoning Mix with Pepper and AJI-SHIO Seasoning Mix with Garlic. Mix well. Add the chicken thighs and toss to coat.
- Arrange the chicken on the broiler pan or griller.
- Broil or grill the chicken 4 inches away from the heat until brown on all sides and the juices run clear, about 10 minutes per side.
- If desired, brush the chicken with any extra marinade as it broils.
- Serve hot.
Makes 5 servings.
