Tuna Squash Macaroni
Ingredients:
300 grams cooked elbow macaroni
1 tablespoon corn oil
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1 tablespoon minced garl
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 tablespoon chopped tomato
1 tablespoon sliced celery leaves
1 cup tuna chunks in water, drained
¼ kilo squash, cut into thin cubes
½ cup green bell pepper strips
½ cup tomato sauce
1 tablespoon achuete seeds soaked in
¾ cup boiling water
1/2 teaspoon iodized salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 sachet PAL SWEET Calorie Free Sweetener
Cooking Procedures:
. Saute ginger, garlic, onion and tomatoes in hot oil.
. Add tuna, squash, green bell pepper, tomato sauce, achute solution, iodized salt and pepper.
. Simmer for 5 minutes.
. Remove from fire, add PAL SWEET Calorie Free Sweetener and mix well.
. Pour sauce over cooked macaroni noodles and serve hot.
