Ingredients:
4 cups cooked spaghetti noodles tossed with 1 1/2 cups strips of lettuce
1/2 cup deboned chicken breasts strips marinated in 1/2 cup pineapple juice
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1/4 cup sliced onion
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup raisin
1 tablespoon chopped celery
1/3 cup red bell pepper strips
3/4 cup spaghetti sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 pack AJI-SHIO Seasoning Mix with Pepper1 pack AJI-SHIO Seasoning Mix with Garlic
1/4 cup grated cheese
Cooking Procedures:
- In hot oil, saute onions and marinated chicken strips. Add water, raisins, celery, red bell pepper, spaghetti sauce, sugar and soy sauce. Simmer until of sauce consistency. Srinkle AJI-SHIO Seasoning Mix with Pepper and AJI-SHIO Seasoning Mix with Garlic. Continue cooking for another minute.
- Toss with spaghetti-lettuce mixture.
- Sprinkle grated cheese before serving.
Makes 4 servings.
