International Recipes: Seafood Crispies

                                    Seafood Crispies
 
Ingredients:
 
200 grams chopped shrimp meat
100 grams chopped mussel meat
100 grams flaked crabmeat
1/4 cup melted butter
2 tablespoons calamansi juice
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 pack 2.8 grams AJI-SHIO Garlic Plus
1 pack 2.8 grams AJI-SHIO Pepper Plus
1/4 teaspoon AJI-NO-MOTO Super Seasoning
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3 beaten eggs
1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
cooking oil for deep frying
 
 Procedures:
  1. Combine shrimp, mussel and crabmeat. Add butter, calamansi juice, chili sauce, sesame oil, flour and sprinkle AJI-SHIO Garlic Plus, AJI-SHIO Pepper Plus and AJI-NO-MOTO Super Seasoning. Mix very well.
  2. Form mixture into small balls, then dredge in flour, dip in beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs.
  3. In hot oil, deep fry until golden brown.
  4. Serve with catsup or mayonnaise. 
Makes 15 pieces.
