Seafood Crispies
Ingredients:
200 grams chopped shrimp meat
100 grams chopped mussel meat
100 grams flaked crabmeat
1/4 cup melted butter
2 tablespoons calamansi juice
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 pack 2.8 grams AJI-SHIO Garlic Plus
1 pack 2.8 grams AJI-SHIO Pepper Plus
1/4 teaspoon AJI-NO-MOTO Super Seasoning
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3 beaten eggs
1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
cooking oil for deep frying
Procedures:
- Combine shrimp, mussel and crabmeat. Add butter, calamansi juice, chili sauce, sesame oil, flour and sprinkle AJI-SHIO Garlic Plus, AJI-SHIO Pepper Plus and AJI-NO-MOTO Super Seasoning. Mix very well.
- Form mixture into small balls, then dredge in flour, dip in beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs.
- In hot oil, deep fry until golden brown.
- Serve with catsup or mayonnaise.
Makes 15 pieces.
