Noodles/Pasta Recipes: Taiwanese Style Noodles

                                   Taiwanese Style Noodles
Ingredients:
1/2 kilo miki
100 grams spring onions
2 cups bean sprouts (togue)
1/4 kilo pork, thinly sliced (cooked)
Each serving:
1 teaspoon sauteed shallots
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon AJI-NO-MOTO Super Seasoning
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
1 1/2 cup hot soup stock
 Cooking Procedures:
  1. Cut spring onions into 1 inch long sections; rinse bean sprouts.
  2. Boil water; place 1/6 of noodles (1 serving) in strainer with 1 serving each of spring onions and bean sprouts.
  3. Place in boiling water and when noodles become heated through (about 2 minutes) remove and place in serving bowls (vegetables on bottom)
  4. Add the seasonings and soup stock; arrange pork slices on top and sprinkle sauteed shallots; serve.
Makes 4 servings.
