Asian Recipes: Korean Crab and Pork Fried Rice

                                    Korean Crab and Pork Fried Rice
 
Ingredients:
 
2 tablespoons finely grated ginger
1 clove finely grated fresh garlic
1 teaspoon flaked cooked crab meat
1/2 cup chopped cooked pork
1/2 cup hot cooked rice
1/4 cup chopped spring onions
1/2 cup oilSalt and Pepper
AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning
 
Procedures:
  1. Heat oil in a wok and put in garlic, ginger, crab and pork at once.
  2. Stir fry until very hot, add rice and continue stir frying until rice is fried. Season with AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning.
  3. Add spring onions and sprinkle salt over. Toss well to mix.
  4. Taste and add more salt if necessary. Serve while hot.
