Noodle/Pasta Recipes: Simple Seafood Pasta

                                    Simple Seafood Pasta
 
Ingredients:
 
1/2 kilo boiled pasta (any kind)
1/4 cup butter
1 cup peeled small shrimps
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup all purpose cream
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 cup water
3 packs 2.8 grams AJI-SHIO Garlic Plus
1/4 teaspoon AJI-NO-MOTO Super Seasoning
 
Topping:
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
 
Cooking Procedures:
  1. In melted butter, stir fry shrimps until it turns into pinkish-orange.
  2. Pour white wine and simmer for a minute.
  3. Add all purpose cream, water and olive oil. Simmer for another minute.
  4. Thicken with cornstarch solution.
  5. Sprinkle AJI-SHIOTM Garlic Plus and AJI-NO-MOTO Super Seasoning. Mix well before turning off the fire.
  6. Top with parsley and cheese before serving.
Makes 6 servings.
