Curried Vegetable and Shrimps
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons cooking oil
2 tablespoons ginger strips
1 cup shelled shrimps
2 cups thick coconut cream (1st press)
1 cup cubed squash
1 cup cubed potatoes
2 tablespoons curry powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1 pack 7 grams AJINOMOTO GINISA All Purpose Seasoning Mix
Procedure:
- In hot oil, sauté ginger until fragrant.
- Add shrimps and stir fry until it turns pinkish-orange.
- Pour coconut cream and boil.
- Add squash and potatoes. Simmer for 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- Add sugar and mix well. Sprinkle AJINOMOTO GINISA All Purpose Seasoning Mix and simmer for another minute before turning off the fire.
Makes 6 servings.
