Salad Dressing Recipe: Creamy Parmesan Salad Dressing

Creamy Parmesan Salad Dressing
Ingredients:
  • 2/3 cup (5 ounce can) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
  • 1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature, cut up
  • 1/4 cup BUITONI Refrigerated Freshly Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Procedures:
  1. Place evaporated milk, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, herb seasoning, garlic salt and pepper in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Pour into small container. Cover; refrigerate for 2 to 3 days.
Makes 1 cup salad dressing or 4 (1/4 cup) servings.
