International Recipe: Creamy Chicken and Penne Pasta

Creamy Chicken and Penne Pasta
Ingredients:
  • 16 ounces penne pasta, cooked
  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 16 ounces processed cheese product, cubed (such as Velveeta)
  • 1 3/4 cups small-curd cottage cheese
  • 1 (16-ounce) container sour cream
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Procedures:
  1. Stir together all ingredients. Spoon into a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
  2. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
