Creamy Chicken and Penne Pasta
Ingredients:
- 16 ounces penne pasta, cooked
- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 16 ounces processed cheese product, cubed (such as Velveeta)
- 1 3/4 cups small-curd cottage cheese
- 1 (16-ounce) container sour cream
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Stir together all ingredients. Spoon into a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes.
