Appetizer Broccoli Soup
Ingredients:
- 2 (10-ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli
- 2 (10 3/4-ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon tarragon leaves
- Dash of pepper
- Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain.
- Add soup, half-and-half, milk, wine, butter and seasonings to broccoli.
- Heat and serve.
