Side Dish Recipe: Grilled Corn on the Cob

Grilled Corn on the Cob
Ingredients:
  • 4 corn on the cobs, husked and cleaned
Procedures:
  1. Wrap each ear of corn well in aluminum foil.
  2. Place foil-wrapped corn directly over hot coals; grill for about 3 to 4 minutes on a side, turning to grill evenly, about 12 to 15 minutes total.
Serves 4.
