Italian Spinach & Mushroom Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 (10-ounce) package fresh spinach leaves, rinsed and patted dry
- 1 (8-ounce) package sliced baby bella or button mushrooms
- 1/4 cup whipped cream cheese, added to salad by small spoonfuls
- 1 (19-ounce) can chick peas or garbanzos, thoroughly rinsed and drained
- 1/3 cup crumbled crispy cooked bacon
- Seasoned croutons
- 1/2 cup your favorite Italian dressing
- In large salad bowl, combine all ingredients except dressing. Drizzle with Italian dressing; toss gently. Serve, if desired, with additional dressing.
