Salad Recipe: Seafood Salad

Seafood Salad
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound cooked shrimp, finely chopped
  • 1 stalk large celery, sliced
  • 1/3 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/3 cup shrimp sauce
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Pita bread
Procedures:
  1. Combine shrimp, celery, bell pepper, shrimp sauce, mayonnaise, onion and pepper in medium bowl; mix well.
  2. Spoon salad into pita bread or over lettuce leaves.
Makes 4 servings.
