I Am Pinoy so Enjoy Home Grown Cooking with my Filipino Recipes

I was by nature a Bicolana and I love cooking the local ways and means. I love spicy food. I am a Pinay mom and I love to cook as well as enjoy doing my own dishes. I used to work for a family back in Saudi Arabia and from there, I learned a lot from the people I was with for a couple of years.

Now, I am staying here in the Philippines and no longer working which made me decide to venture in blogging to spend some precious time doing and writing for stuff and things that I naturally love - cooking. In short, I am a Pinay who would love to share my home grown cooking ways, recipes and procedures.

Since inspirations are a great deal for my cooking, I'd like to occasionally feature on this blog some popular Filipino recipes that everybody loves like "adobo", "sinigang", "dinuguan" and the like but mind you that they may be a bit different that what you expect and has learned to accept and have grown along with. I have inspirations from different countries which I plan to feature too on this blog. They may include, Japanese, Chinese, Mediterranean, European, French, Italian Traditional to contemporary cooking, whatever I like, I presume that others might like too so this blog will be my witness and my diary, my cooking journal - Cook Book.
